Our founders

Liesbeth Coltof is an internationally respected theatre director. She was artistic director of Toneelmakerij, one of the leading children's and youth theatre companies in the Netherlands, and has received major awards for her work both at home and abroad. She has extensive experience working in war zones and countries in conflict or poverty, such as Palestine (Gaza), Nigeria, Russia, and Iran. For her 'exceptional services to society', she was knighted in the Order of the Netherlands Lion.

Dennis Meyer is a dramaturg, theatre teacher, and policy advisor. He was artistic director of Het Lab Utrecht, a theatre organization where young professional theatre makers worked for children and young people. In addition, he established various arts festivals and was a youth theatre specialist at the Theatre Institute Netherlands for a long time, where he set up various international projects.
